Frequently Asked Questions

How does co-op advertising work?

A small group of non-competing local businesses shares space on one oversized postcard. Everyone splits the printing and postage costs — but each business gets its own dedicated ad space and full industry exclusivity. Your competitor cannot be on the same card.

What areas do you mail to?

We currently mail in Mount Juliet and Murfreesboro, TN. We're actively expanding into Hermitage, Lebanon, Brentwood, and Franklin. Contact us to get on the early list for your area.

When will my ad be mailed?

We schedule mailings on a rolling basis as spots fill. Contact us for the next available date in your target market — popular industry spots fill fast.

What is Industry Exclusivity?

Simple rule: one business per industry per card. If you reserve the HVAC spot in Mt. Juliet, no other HVAC company can be on that mailer. You lock out your competition from those 7,685 mailboxes for that run.

How is it so much cheaper than Valpak or doing it myself?

Think of it like splitting a billboard with 8 businesses — except you're all in different industries, so you're not competing. You get the eyeballs without the $4,000 bill. Valpak charges more, puts you next to your competitor, and mails from a national warehouse. We charge less, keep your category exclusive, and we're local.

What card sizes do you offer?

Our flagship co-op card is the oversized 9×12 — the biggest standard postcard size, impossible to miss in a mailbox. We're also launching a 6×11 co-op format with up to 6 spots or a full-card takeover option. Solo mailers are available in 6×9, 8.5×11, and 12×15.

Do you offer solo mailers?

Yes — your card, your rules. We design and mail a dedicated postcard just for your business in 6×9, 8.5×11, or 12×15 formats. EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) is also available, which lets you saturate an entire zip code or carrier route with no mailing list needed.

What is a New Mover Campaign?

New residents have no loyalty yet — no plumber, dentist, HVAC company, or favorite restaurant. We pull a monthly list of new movers in your target zip codes and mail your card within 30 days of their move-in date. New movers spend 3–5× more than established residents in their first 6 months.

Do you do seasonal mailers?

Yes. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Cleaning, Back to School, grand openings — time-pegged mailings get higher open rates because the reader already has a reason to act. Available as a co-op spot or a solo card. We recommend booking 6–8 weeks before your target mail date.

Can I provide my own design?

You can, but most clients let us handle it for free. We build ads that convert — not just look good. Either way, you approve every proof before anything goes to print. If you're not happy with the design, we fix it at no charge.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No contracts. No minimums. You can participate in one mailing or run a monthly campaign — entirely your call. We'd rather earn your repeat business than lock you into something.

How do I track results from my mailer?

We recommend a unique phone number, promo code, or dedicated landing page for each campaign so you can see exactly what came from the mailer. Most clients report calls within days of the card hitting mailboxes. Ask us about QR-tracked landing pages for built-in scan tracking.
